Mathematical Modelling
The mathematical model is known as the brain of a simulation system and allows for the appropriate motions of the ship model in 6 degrees of freedom (6DOF).
ON-DEMAND SHIP MODELS
Ship models
- Yachts and ferries
- Tankers
- Dry cargo ships
- Offshore vessels and floating constructions (including AHSVs, MODUs)
- Tugboats
- Vessel installed with wind wings
- Firefighting tugs
- Naval ships
- Inland vessels
- Fishing vessels
- Fixed or floating objects
- Buoys and floating lights
HYDRODYNAMIC/HYDROSTATIC, AERODYNAMIC, TRADITIONAL & NON-TRADITIONAL PROPULSION SYSTEMS
Propulsion systems
- Conventional rudders or advanced rudders
- Conventional propellers with or without nozzles
- Azimuth thrusters
- Voith Schneider propellers (VSPs)
- Waterjets
In addition, power systems, ballast water management and mechanical systems are also modelled and integrated into the full mission bridge (FMB) system.
