Whether ashore or aboard, our platform offers offline synchronisation functionality for a fully automated, seamless learning experience, with no manual file transfers required.

Training history and all other relevant employee information (like publication review history) is synched regularly with the shipboard server, eliminating concerns regarding an unstable or slow Internet connection.

It is also possible to conduct knowledge and competency assessments on board – connectivity issues at sea do not affect the Simwave career management platform.
